Newcomers to Advancement: New to Advancement? Here's your opportunity to jumpstart your conference experience by getting to know the industry's landscape and identifying your strengths to apply in your profession and advance your career. This workshop will benefit those who are new to the advancement profession or are within the first three years of their advancement role.

Make Your Next Presentation TED-Worthy: Join renowned digital strategist Adam Napolitan, director of web communications at UC Davis, for this engaging and highly sought-after session that will take your presentation skills to another level, and excite and inspire your audience in ways you never imagined!

Campaign Masterclass: Does your campaign plan include a roadmap to navigate through a potential change in the institution's leadership or vision? Join this panel of chief fundraisers and institutional leaders to learn directly the role and effective engagement of a president/chancellor in a ampaign, but also how to best plan for and strategies to navigate a current or future transition. Topics include partnering with interim leaders, shifts in decision-making and vision in a campaign-focused fundraising enviroment, and more. No matter the stage or size of your campaign, this high-impact session will leave you with ways to position your institution for success. 

Leadership Academy: Are you currently in a leadership role or aspiring to be a leader in your organization? Join this interactive session geared specifically for Advancement professionals, assess your current leadership style, and develop a plan to grow the skills necessary to achieve your goals. You'll leave with tangible strategies to contribute to your organization in new and significant ways. Class size is limited to 20 participants.
