Welcome to Connect West 2019!

Join us for our annual district conference, Connect West 2019, the CASE District VII Conference in Anaheim, Calif. Pre-conference sessions will be held February 20, and the full conference is February 21-23, 2019. Our region's premier advancement event offers an opportunity to build networks and gain insight from the industry's top professionals.  Registration is open!

Connect West 2019 will be at the beautiful Marriott Anaheim in the heart of Anaheim's Resort District, walking distance from dining, shopping, sunshine, and entertainment!

February 20, 2019 pre-conference sessions:

• CASE member $150; non-member $175

February 21-23, 2019 full conference registration: 

• CASE member rate $575; non-CASE member rate $650

• Three or more from the same institution, registering at the same time, after Dec. 16: CASE members, $550, non-CASE members $625

• Single day $275 CASE member, on-site member $300

• Single day $325 non-CASE member, on site $350

Session Proposals

We're seeking the best in the west to share ideas! Submit your proposal for sessions in alumni relations, advancement services, fundraising, communications, campaigns, trending topics and more! Submissions accepted June 1-Aug. 3, 2018.

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to support@case.org.

Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds due to injury, illness, or inclement weather. Conference registrations may be transferred to another member of your institution if the original registrant is no longer able to attend. Only one registrant may attend per registration - swapping badges is not allowed.

Refer to the timeframes below for refund deadlines. Refunds may be made on main conference fees only. Fees for special events or other passes are nonrefundable.

• On and prior to January 30, 2019: Three or more weeks prior to the start of the event: CASE will offer a credit of equal value to attend another CASE conference, or refund the registration;
• Jan. 31 - Feb. 6, 2019: Between two and three weeks prior to the start of the event: CASE will offer a credit of equal value to attend another CASE conference, or refund the registration minus a 10 percent cancellation fee;
• Starting February 7, 2019, and later: Less than two weeks prior to the start of the event: CASE will offer a credit of equal value to attend another CASE conference but no refunds allowed;
• No-shows will not be refunded conference fees.


ROOM BLOCK WARNING
CASE Conferences have recently become the target of wholesaler companies trying to sell rooms for CASE Conferences. If you receive a phone call offering to make your reservation and take credit card information over the phone for a CASE Conference, do not conduct this transaction! You run the risk of arriving at the hotel and not having a reservation, or being unable to change or cancel your reservation without penalty, and possibly compromising your credit card details. It is recommended CASE Conference attendees follow the suggested channels for booking accommodation within the conference block following the instructions on this page.
