Registration for the 2017 District VII conference in San Diego is now open! See rates and info below, and then register here using your CASE account.

Full-conference registration includes:

  • Admission to all track and plenary sessions Thursday through Saturday
  • Grand Opening with Exhibitors and Dine Around Downtown on Thursday evening
  • District VII Awards Luncheon on Friday
  • Keynote Session and Brunch on Saturday (Speaker to be announced)

Note: When registering, please be sure to select all included events that you plan to attend to help ensure we can accommodate all guests.

Preconference sessions are available as stand-alone programs and are an excellent accompaniment to the conference.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made in writing by 5:00 PM EST, via email at membersupportcenter@case.org. Refunds may be made on main conference fees only. Fees for Special Events or other passes are nonrefundable. After the deadline, CASE is unable to refund due to injury, illness, or inclement weather. A name change from the same institution is permitted at any time however multiple individuals may not attend under one registration.
Refer to the following timeframes for refund deadlines:

  • Three or more weeks prior to the start of the event:  CASE will offer a credit of equal value to attend another CASE conference or refund the registration.
  • Between two and three weeks prior to the start of the event:  CASE will offer a credit of equal value to attend another CASE conference or refund the registration minus a 10 percent cancellation fee.
  • Less than two weeks prior to the start of the event:  CASE will offer a credit of equal value to attend another CASE conference however no refunds allowed.
  • No-shows will not be refunded conference fees.
