    Amy Rees Anderson is a successful entrepreneur, angel investor, and author. She founded the IPOP Foundation, a charity focused on promoting entrepreneurship as a pathway to self-reliance. Amy is a published author and a contributor to Forbes and the Huffington Post. She was the CEO of MediConnect Global, a healthcare technology company. She has received numerous awards, including CEO of the Year and Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year.

    Michael Pacanowsky is the Gore-Giovale Chair in Business Innovation at the Bill and Vieve Gore School of Business at Westminster College. He is also the founding director of the Center for Innovative Cultures. Michael has been a business consultant and a professor at the University of Utah. He is passionate about how organizational culture can be transformative for organizations and the lives of the people who work in them.
